Key Responsibilities
- Support daily supply chain and logistics operations.
- Coordinate goods and materials between suppliers, warehouses, and customers.
- Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, shipment status, and outstanding requirements.
- Coordinate supplier confirmations, quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Support procurement, purchasing, replenishment, and inventory availability planning.
- Coordinate warehouse receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Track shipments and communicate delivery updates.
- Assist with import, export, shipping, and logistics documentation.
- Maintain records and prepare supply chain, inventory, logistics, and operational reports.
- Identify delays, shortages, discrepancies, and other issues and support resolution.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, logistics providers, customs agents, and external partners.
- Support supplier monitoring, inventory reconciliation, system maintenance, cost tracking, analysis, and process improvement.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, operations management, business administration, international trade, or a related field.
- Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply for the Assistant level.
- Previous relevant supply chain, logistics, procurement, warehouse, purchasing, or business operations experience is advantageous.
- ERP, WMS, TMS, inventory management, or procurement systems experience is preferred.
- Microsoft Excel and business reporting proficiency is advantageous.
- Shipping, freight forwarding, import/export documentation, or customs knowledge is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
- Arabic or additional languages and UAE or Middle East logistics knowledge are advantageous.
