Biologix is seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Specialist (Pharmacist) to support supply chain activities, demand planning, order management, and regulatory interactions in the pharmaceutical sector.

Responsibilities
- Act as company representative with local health authorities and support compliance
- Prepare and maintain demand forecasts by consolidating sales data and market requirements
- Create and manage purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers
- Create, monitor, and track sales orders to ensure product availability and on time delivery
- Coordinate with cross functional teams including Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Operations, and Finance
- Manage logistics activities including shipment coordination and documentation review
- Maintain and update system transactions, customer information, product data, and pricing records in ERP systems

Job Purpose
- We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Supply Chain & Operations Specialist to support supply chain activities, demand planning, order management, logistics coordination, and regulatory interactions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the company representative with local health authorities and support compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare and maintain demand forecasts by consolidating sales data, market requirements, and business needs.
- Create and manage purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely procurement of products.
- Create, monitor, and track sales orders to ensure product availability and on time delivery.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams including Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Operations, and Finance.
- Manage logistics activities, including shipment coordination, documentation review, and delivery follow up.
- Support the release and tracking of direct shipments while ensuring all required approvals and documentation are in place.
- Maintain and update system transactions, customer information, product data, and pricing records within ERP systems.
- Monitor inventory related activities and contribute to supply chain optimization initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives within the Supply Chain department.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy registered with the EDE in UAE.
- 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Demand Planning, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle experience is an advantage).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross functional environment.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain operations and regulatory requirements is preferred.
