The Opportunity
The Master Data Analyst will support cross-functional teams in developing, maintaining, and improving master data governance.
The role is within the Supply Chain department and reports to the Manager, Inventory Control and Analytics.
The position supports data solutions, systems, and processes that improve agility, accuracy, service, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data stream mapping by identifying stakeholders, data owners, and key system parameters.
- Define and monitor KPIs for master data quality and business performance.
- Collaborate across Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Sales, Production, Engineering, and IT on data workflows.
- Maintain ERP configuration for MRP parameters, cost parameters, item masters, engineering masters, and bills of material.
- Align ERP master data with advanced planning systems for material planning, supply planning, and reporting.
- Use Excel and Microsoft Power BI for reporting and analysis.
- Perform other duties as required to support the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
