Gardening With Us is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead supply chain activities, strengthen supplier relationships, optimize inventory, and support operational excellence.
The position is described as part-time and fully remote, with professional growth potential.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage procurement, sourcing, logistics, inventory, and distribution activities.
- Monitor demand, supply levels, inventory performance, and operational requirements.
- Build supplier, vendor, and logistics-partner relationships and negotiate pricing, terms, schedules, and service expectations.
- Identify supply risks, bottlenecks, delays, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery accuracy, quality, and service levels.
- Analyze supply chain KPIs, costs, forecasts, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Warehouse, and Procurement teams.
- Lead process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
- At least three years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations.
- Strong understanding of sourcing, inventory management, logistics, and supplier management.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Strong commercial awareness, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or advanced Excel is advantageous.
- UAE or GCC supply chain experience is highly valued.
