Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Manage end to end supply chain activities including planning, procurement coordination, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution
- Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost effectiveness, and service levels
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Develop demand planning and supply planning processes to support business needs and inventory optimization
- Oversee inventory management practices and ensure appropriate stock levels
- Analyze supply chain data, performance metrics, and operational trends to support decision making
- Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Support supplier performance management, contract compliance, and relationship development
- Lead process improvement projects focused on operational excellence and productivity
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, inventory management, and operational planning principles
- Experience managing end to end supply chain processes and operational performance initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and supplier relationship management abilities
- Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain risk management
- Experience working with ERP systems, supply chain software, and reporting tools is advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced business environment
- Professional certifications related to supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or operations are advantageous
