Supply Chain Manager
We are looking for an experienced **Supply Chain Manager** to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a growing company in the **meat import & distribution sector**.
If you have strong expertise in **demand planning, international sourcing, and cold chain logistics**, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full supply chain cycle: **sourcing, import, and inventory planning**
- Lead **demand planning & forecasting** to ensure product availability
- Oversee supplier relationships and negotiate pricing & contracts
- Coordinate import operations and ensure smooth customs clearance
- Optimize inventory levels and reduce **wastage**
- Ensure compliance with **cold chain standards**
- Work closely with operations and sales to align supply with demand
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in **Supply Chain (Food / FMCG preferred)**
- Strong background in **import & international sourcing**
- Hands-on experience in **demand planning & inventory management**
- Knowledge of **cold chain logistics**
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience in UAE market **(Food / FMCG preferred)**
- Arabic speaking is an advantage
