Role Summary
Lead demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination to maintain service continuity.
Align supply, demand, and financial commitments while supporting forecasts, inventory levels, product launches, and end-to-end planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a demand planning process across a 28-month planning horizon.
- Manage demand planning, supply planning, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Develop supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and service levels.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Align demand forecasts with financial commitments and approved plans.
- Coordinate SKU changes with Regulatory and stakeholders, including compliance with SFDA regulations.
- Analyze risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities using data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Support product launches, forecasting, distribution planning, and order processing.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy science, operations, supply chain, business management, or a related field.
- More than five years of experience in a similar environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or higher education is desired but not required.
- Master's degree or CSCP/CISCM certification.
- Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement methodologies.
