Role Summary
Leads demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination to maintain service continuity.
Supports end-to-end planning, forecast accuracy, inventory levels, business plan execution, and product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish demand planning across a 28-month planning horizon.
- Manage demand planning, supply planning, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Develop supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and service levels.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Commercial, and Regulatory teams.
- Align demand forecasts with financial commitments and approved plans.
- Manage SKU changes in line with applicable requirements, including SFDA regulations.
- Analyze risks and bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support product launches, forecasting, distribution planning, and order processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy science, operations, supply chain, business management, or a related field is required.
- More than five years of experience in a similar environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- An MBA or higher education is desired but not required.
- A master's degree or CSCP/CISCM certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement methodologies is preferred.
