Job Summary
Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and demand planning.
Ensure efficient material and finished-goods flows, high service levels, cost control, and business growth through planning and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution operations.
- Develop demand and supply plans to maintain availability while minimizing waste and inventory costs.
- Build supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for best value.
- Monitor inventory and warehouse operations for accuracy, efficiency, and product quality.
- Oversee transportation and delivery to ensure orders arrive on time and in full.
- Coordinate with Sales, Farm Operations, Quality, Production, and Finance.
- Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Supply Chain team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of supply chain management experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
- Agriculture, fresh produce, FMCG, or food manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and demand planning.
- ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel experience are required; Odoo is a plus.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
