About the Opportunity
Utopia is seeking a Supply Chain Manager (FF&E) to oversee procurement, logistics, and installation for hospitality projects in Dubai.
The role combines factory coordination, logistics management, and on-site execution, including deliveries to remote and complex locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee FF&E production and conduct quality control at factory level.
- Manage international logistics, storage, and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate complex last-mile deliveries to remote or hard-to-access locations.
- Supervise loading and unloading, equipment, and transport planning.
- Ensure accurate documentation, dispatch, and receiving processes.
- Collaborate with construction teams on delivery timelines and site readiness.
- Coordinate and supervise installation teams on-site.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or FF&E.
- Background in hospitality or high-end residential projects.
- Experience with factory coordination, quality control, and international logistics.
- Strong understanding of site logistics and installation processes.
- Ability to manage complex or remote project environments.
- Fluent English.
