Responsibilities
- Oversee end to end supply chain activities, including demand planning, procurement, inventory control, and supplier coordination
- Analyze demand forecasts, monitor stock levels, place and track purchase orders, and optimize supply management processes
- Collaborate with project managers, finance, and logistics partners
- Review supplier performance, address supply risks, and prepare regular reports on inventory, costs, and supply chain efficiency
- Maintain compliance with company policies, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to the refinement of sourcing and planning strategies
Requirements
- Strong demand planning and forecasting skills, with the ability to interpret data and anticipate material needs
- Proficiency in supply management and procurement, including vendor selection, negotiation, and purchase order administration
- Experience with inventory management, stock control, and optimization of reorder levels
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to use spreadsheets or ERP tools to analyze supply chain performance and costs
- Relevant experience in construction, engineering, or related industries is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and the ability to manage tasks independently in a part time schedule

Role Description
- This part time Supply Chain Manager role at Un jour, Une construction is a hybrid position based in Dubai, with a mix of on site work and work from home.
- The Supply Chain Manager oversees end to end supply chain activities, including demand planning, procurement, inventory control, and supplier coordination to ensure materials are available on time and within budget.
- Day to day responsibilities include analyzing demand forecasts, monitoring stock levels, placing and tracking purchase orders, and optimizing supply management processes to support ongoing construction projects.
- The role also involves collaborating with project managers, finance, and logistics partners, reviewing supplier performance, addressing supply risks, and preparing regular reports on inventory, costs, and supply chain efficiency.
- The Supply Chain Manager maintains compliance with company policies, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and contributes to the refinement of sourcing and planning strategies.
