Responsibilities
- Manage end to end import and export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and local customs requirements
- Coordinate shipment execution from order placement through final delivery while maintaining service levels and delivery timelines
- Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation in accordance with UCP 600, Incoterms, and applicable customs regulations
- Handle Letter of Credit (LC) documentation, ensuring compliance with banking and contractual requirements
- Coordinate document legalization and authentication processes with relevant authorities
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Monitor shipments proactively, resolve logistics issues, and minimize delays through effective problem solving and coordination
- Maintain accurate logistics records and ERP transactions while ensuring data integrity
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and supply chain operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in import/export operations, logistics, or international trade
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation, customs procedures, UCP 600, and Incoterms
- Experience handling Letter of Credit (LC) processes and document legalization requirements
- Proficiency in SAP (preferred) and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure

Job Overview
- Isuzu Motors International FZE is seeking a Senior Officer for the Supply Chain Logistics Group based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end import and export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and local customs requirements.

- Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation in accordance with UCP 600, Incoterms, and applicable customs regulations.

- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor shipments proactively, resolve logistics issues, and minimize delays through effective problem solving and coordination.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and ERP transactions while ensuring data integrity.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and supply chain operations.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in import/export operations, logistics, or international trade.
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation, customs procedures, UCP 600, and Incoterms.
- Experience handling Letter of Credit (LC) processes and document legalization requirements.
- Knowledge of logistics operations across the Middle East and Africa is an advantage.
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP (preferred) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
