Job Summary
The SCL Executive manages inbound and outbound logistics for electronic components and finished goods.
The role supports uninterrupted material availability for production while optimizing inventory, freight costs, and vendor performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight for air, sea, and road transportation.
- Track import shipments and manage customs clearance and duty documentation, including Bill of Entry and IGCR records.
- Coordinate freight forwarders, Customs House Agents, and 3PL partners for on-time delivery and cost optimization.
- Coordinate outbound dispatches to OEM, distributor, and retail customers.
- Track freight cost, inventory turns, and lead-time variance KPIs.
- Ensure import-export, HS code, PLI, and MeitY documentation compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports on logistics costs, delivery timelines, and vendor performance.
