Role Overview
Support the efficient movement of materials, products, and information throughout supply chain operations.
Coordinate shipments, monitor inventory activity, maintain logistics records, and communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments according to schedules and requirements.
- Monitor shipment status, delivery timelines, and transportation activities.
- Maintain records of orders, inventory movements, shipping documents, and delivery information.
- Communicate logistics requirements with suppliers, carriers, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
- Monitor inventory and investigate discrepancies between physical and recorded stock.
- Prepare shipping documentation, tracking reports, and routine logistics summaries.
- Follow up on delayed, incomplete, or damaged shipments and coordinate resolutions.
- Support warehouse, distribution, planning, scheduling, and resource coordination activities.
- Analyze operational data and identify efficiency, accuracy, and service improvements.
- Follow established procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
