Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Health Specialist located in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally.
The Health Specialist will focus on promoting health and wellness practices among employees and customers.
Day-to-day tasks include assessing health needs, providing expert advice, designing wellness programs, and collaborating with various teams to create a healthy and safe environment.
The role will also involve supporting the customer service team with health-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
- Expertise in Occupational Health and Medicine to provide professional health advice and implement wellness initiatives
- Experience in Health Promotion to design and advocate for programs that support well-being
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities
- Heightened attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant certification or degree in health sciences, medicine, or a related field is preferred
