Apex Infra is seeking a part-time Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator based in Abu Dhabi.
This is a hybrid role, allowing flexibility in working remotely while also requiring occasional on-site presence.
The role involves managing and coordinating supply chain and logistics processes, including inventory management and ensuring operational efficiency.
The coordinator will monitor and analyze supply chain performance, engage with vendors and customers, and support the timely delivery of materials to project sites while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret and act on data trends
- Effective Communication and superior Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management processes
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in resolving logistical challenges
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in the construction industry and familiarity with procurement processes is a plus
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is desirable
