IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Supply Chain Executive in Abu Dhabi** to support procurement, inventory flow, vendor coordination, and logistics operations within our hospitality division.
The ideal candidate will have experience in **supply chain management, procurement coordination, inventory control, logistics planning, and vendor management**.
Key Responsibilities
- ------------------------
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end **supply chain operations** for hospitality needs
- Handle procurement of goods, materials, and services
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment
- Support logistics planning and delivery coordination
- Maintain accurate purchase orders, invoices, and supply records
- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate pricing where required
- Ensure cost efficiency and timely supply of materials
- Assist in inventory forecasting and demand planning
Requirements
- ----------------
- Bachelor’s degree in **Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field**
- Experience in hospitality or FMCG industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of **procurement processes and inventory management**
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- UAE experience preferred
