About the Role
ReadyAssist is hiring a Regional Manager – Supply & Network to own and scale its 24x7 roadside assistance partner network.
The role is an active field leadership position focused on building, managing, and optimizing supply across assigned territories.
The position is based in HSR Layout, Bangalore and involves high on-ground travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate with, and onboard towing partners, garages, and mechanics.
- Build contingency supply to ensure 100% order fulfillment during peak hours, nights, and weekends.
- Travel extensively across territories to conduct partner audits, resolve ground-level bottlenecks, and enforce SLAs.
- Track operational dashboards, drive partner activation, and optimize payout structures.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in field operations, mobility, logistics, or on-demand supply aggregation, including 3+ years in field leadership.
- Strong track record in partner acquisition, negotiation, and ground-level problem solving.
- High readiness for extensive travel and dynamic, SLA-driven environments.
- Fluency in English and regional languages.
