Role Overview
As a Supply Chain Coordinator , you'll become the operational link between our customers, suppliers, transport providers and warehouse teams.
You'll be responsible for coordinating inbound deliveries, outbound shipments and transport activity, ensuring products arrive at the right place, at the right time, whilst maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.
No two days are the same. You'll be working across multiple customers and carriers, resolving operational issues, managing priorities and helping us continuously improve the service we provide.

About the Role
As a Supply Chain Coordinator , you'll become the operational link between our customers, suppliers, transport providers and warehouse teams.
You'll be responsible for coordinating inbound deliveries, outbound shipments and transport activity, ensuring products arrive at the right place, at the right time, whilst maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Acting as the primary operational contact for customers, suppliers and transport providers
- ✅ Coordinating inbound deliveries and outbound collections
- ✅ Booking carriers and monitoring transport performance
- ✅ Working closely with Warehouse Operations to prioritise inbound deliveries and urgent shipments
- ✅ Resolving delivery issues, shipment delays and stock discrepancies
- ✅ Maintaining accurate information across Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems and customer portals
- ✅ Producing operational reports and monitoring service level performance
