Role Overview
Support daily supply chain execution across purchasing, replenishment, supplier communication, logistics, inventory, and ERP transactions.
Work within priorities established by the Supply Chain Manager and support the Senior Supply Chain Coordinator.
Coordinate across suppliers, Supply Chain, Operations, Production, Customer Service, Sales, and other internal functions.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and improve tools, processes, and reporting for outsourced finishing and value-added services.
- Coordinate a local milk-run transportation network with external service providers.
- Process purchasing and service orders in compliance with company policies and ISO procedures.
- Monitor inventory, material requirements, replenishment needs, and supplier commitments.
- Track supplier performance and escalate significant delivery, quality, or responsiveness concerns.
