Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and transportation
- Coordinate and work with quality, engineering, service and assembly operations to ensure 100% on time delivery
- Manage inventory control systems and processes
- Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with supplier agreements
- Manage logistics and transportation processes, including order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery
- Track and monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- BS degree in a related discipline preferred and/or at least 5 years progressive experience in management of materials, logistics and sourcing
- Experience in GCC logistics preferred
- Working knowledge and understanding of ERP/MRP systems and their use in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Must be willing to travel

What We Need
- The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of materials flow throughout McCoy Global operations.
- Direct responsibility for control and accuracy over all goods inventories of McCoy Global FZE.
- Oversight of tactical procurement, planning, scheduling, warehouse, and receiving to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
What you’ll bring
- BS degree in a related discipline preferred and/or at least 5 years progressive experience in management of materials, logistics and sourcing.
- Experience in GCC logistics preferred.
- Working knowledge and understanding of ERP/MRP systems and their use in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.

What you’ll do

- Identify, develop and manage effective relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with supplier agreements.
- Issue/Manage POs according to direct instruction and system data.
- Manage logistics and transportation processes, including order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery.
- Optimize transportation routes and methods to minimize costs and ensure timely delivery.
- Track and monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare reports and present findings to management.
