About the Role
A.N. Wallis & Co Ltd is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator for its Jebel Ali Free Zone entity in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the JAFZA supply chain documentation, regulatory compliance, and supply chain governance
- Lead materials planning and procurement activities to ensure timely product availability while optimizing inventory levels and working capital
- Execute Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to align supply with business demand
- Manage supplier relationships, including sourcing, negotiations, lead times, pricing, quality and delivery performance
- Monitor inventory performance, including stock ageing, excess inventory and inventory health, implementing corrective actions where required
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain performance, inventory efficiency and operating costs
- Prepare and analyze supply chain reports and KPIs to support business decision making
- Manage the appointed Third Party Logistics (3PL) provider, ensuring warehouse operations are delivered in accordance with agreed contract
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including international shipments, customs clearance and JAFZA Free Zone compliance
- Ensure efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfilment and dispatch activities through the 3PL provider
- Monitor logistics performance, warehouse capacity and freight costs, implementing improvements where appropriate
- Coordinate periodic inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy is maintained
Requirements
- Bachelor’s (University) degree in related field
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity
- Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP (Sage is an advantage)
- Experience in Supply chain with a solid knowledge of JAFZA regulations
- Strong analytical, planning and problem solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast paced, cross functional environment

Job Overview
- Responsible for materials planning, inventory management, warehousing (own and 3PL), import/export operations, logistics, and procurement of materials and services for the Wallis Jebel Ali Free Zone entity.
- The role ensures timely and cost effective supply, effective inventory control, accurate reporting, and close coordination with local and UK teams while maintaining compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Business Performance

Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Supply chain and Operations (Regionally and with the UK) to ensure alignment between customer demand and supply capability.
- Develop strong working relationships with suppliers, logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate supply risks, delivery commitments and mitigation plans in a timely manner.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, ISO procedures, JAFZA regulations and applicable UAE import/export requirements with other countries’ local regulations.
- Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory and logistics documentation to support audit and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality of commercial information and promote Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards throughout supply chain activities.
