Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and transportation
- Coordinate with quality, engineering, service and assembly operations to ensure 100% on time delivery
- Manage inventory control systems and processes
- Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods
- Responsible for accuracy of inventory counts by managing an inventory control system
- Identify, develop and manage effective relationships with existing and potential suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with supplier agreements
- Issue/Manage POs according to direct instruction and system data
- Manage logistics and transportation processes, including order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery
- Optimize transportation routes and methods to minimize costs and ensure timely delivery
- Track and monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare reports and present findings to management
Requirements
- BS degree in a related discipline preferred and/or at least 5 years progressive experience in management of materials, logistics and sourcing
- Experience in GCC logistics preferred
- Working knowledge and understanding of ERP/MRP systems and their use in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Must be willing to travel

What We Need
- The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of materials flow throughout McCoy Global operations.
- This position has direct responsibility for the control and accuracy over all goods inventories of the McCoy Global FZE, with direct oversight of tactical procurement, planning, scheduling, warehouse, and receiving, to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time.
What you'll bring
- BS degree in a related discipline preferred and/or at least 5 years progressive experience in management of materials, logistics and sourcing.
- Experience in GCC logistics preferred.
- Working knowledge and understanding of ERP/MRP systems and their use in a manufacturing environment.

- Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods.
- Responsible for accuracy of inventory counts by managing, in conjunction with Finance, an inventory control system, capable of identifying discrepancies in inventory counts and taking corrective action to guard against inconsistencies in the future.
- Identify, develop and manage effective relationships with existing and potential suppliers of goods and services to meet the established cost, quality and delivery targets.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with supplier agreements.
