Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficient flow of goods, timely deliveries, and accurate inventory.

Key Responsibilities
- **Order Processing:** Receive, validate, and process purchase orders; track order status from placement to delivery.
- **Inventory Management:** Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and initiate replenishment to prevent stockouts.
- **Logistics Coordination:** Schedule shipments, coordinate with carriers and 3PLs, prepare shipping documentation, and track inbound/outbound shipments.
- **Supplier Management:** Communicate with suppliers on lead times, order confirmations, delays, and expedite requests; maintain supplier records.
- **Data & Reporting:** Maintain accurate supply chain records in ERP/WMS systems; produce regular reports (KPIs: fill rate, on-time delivery, inventory turnover, lead times).
- **Issue Resolution:** Investigate and resolve discrepancies, delays, damaged goods, and billing disputes with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with procurement, production/planning, quality, sales, and finance to align supply with demand.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Identify process improvements, cost-saving opportunities, and support implementation of supply chain best practices.
- **Compliance & Documentation:** Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, safety standards, and internal policies; maintain required documentation and audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 1–3 years in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or inventory control (entry to mid-level). Experience with ERP/WMS preferred.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and inventory management tools.
- Soft skills: Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under deadlines.
Preferred
- Certifications: APICS/CPIM, CSCP, Six Sigma/Lean, or ISM certifications.
- Industry experience: Manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, or 3PL operations.
- Analytical ability: Experience with data analysis and process-mapping tools.
- Pay: QAR81.18 - QAR144.10 per hour
