Supply Chain Capability Implementation Lead

Identify professional development opportunities to stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Support special projects related to distribution strategy and operational enhancements as needed.

Contribute to organizational initiatives and culture-building activities within the department.

Provide cross-functional support for process integration and project coordination as necessary.

Develop best practices, SOPs, and standard work documentation in alignment with project deliverables.

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

Bachelor’s degree required

5-7 years’ supply chain experience required, experience with a large retailer preferred

Broad working knowledge of warehouse systems (WES, WMS, ERP), processes, operations, and how they interact with each other

End to end experience implementing automation and technology, robotics preferred.

Demonstrated experience in developing business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and budget management.

Strong project management, change management, analytical skills required

Strong written and verbal communication skills required

Ability to define areas of opportunity and create continuous improvement projects with minimal supervision

Proficient MS Office & SharePoint skills required

Typical office environment – 60%

Typical DC work environment – 40%

This role requires travel to Ulta Beauty Distribution Centers and Project sites (~40% travel). While onsite there may be extended periods of walking or standing.
