Responsibilities
- Issue materials project-wise upon receiving requests from production engineers.
- Prepare purchase orders, tabulation sheets, and invoice-purchase order compression sheets.
- Update inventory and FRP unit stock records.
- Track daily FRP usage through bundling and composite records.
- Conduct store audits and update fixed asset sheets.
- Inspect delivered items, prepare reports, and coordinate quality inspections.
- Obtain signatures and record all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Supervise staff, maintain sales records, inspect deliveries, and report discrepancies or damage.
- Cross-verify monthly reports and maintain documentation.
Educational Qualifications
- ITI or Diploma qualification.
Functional and Behavioural Skills
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Interpersonal skills.
