About the Role
Exertis | JAM is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to join their Logistics team in Baie-D'Urfé, QC. You will analyze logistics data, manage master data, and support process improvements.

Responsibilities
- Manage Product update request (PUR) – Bulk upload process
- Maintenance of E1 master data accuracy (Item master, Landed Cost, Cross Ref, FOB Catalog)
- Validate HS and duty entry with the Customs specialist and update E1 if required
- Analyze landed cost variance freight and duty
- Analyze Lead time performance
- Manage the logistics master Data (Carrier, PO, SKU, Shipment, SKU, Vendor, Warehouse)
- Build and Maintain the Logistics Standard operational procedures (SOP) with internal clients, suppliers and other departments
- Manage Logistics KPI and Dashboards
- Map the Logistics process (Visio)
- Analyze logistics performance and tradeline workload
- Generate reports for the logistics department (open PO report, pre SAL report)
- Manage report for internal clients (GIT, division open PO, FA, landed cost, SAL)
Requirements
- Experience in a related field, preferably within a Supply Chain environment, manufacturing, or logistics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Macros, Pivot table, Power query)
- Database management skills (Microsoft Access, SQL)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Power BI
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Bilingual in French and English (English required for business across Canada and US)

What We Are Looking For
- Experience in a related field, preferably within a Supply Chain environment, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Macros, Pivot table, Power query).
- Database management skills (Microsoft access, SQL).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Power BI.
- Knowledge of Oracle E1 is an asset.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Candidates must be Bilingual in French and English (English is required as we do Business across Canada and the US).
