The role
Find, vet, and onboard fragrance and perfume suppliers and distributors for Vuroud.
Own the supplier pipeline from initial contact through a working commercial relationship, including pricing, terms, product data, and ongoing coordination.
What you'll do
- Identify and reach out to regional and international fragrance suppliers and distributors.
- Vet suppliers for legitimacy, authenticity, pricing competitiveness, and reliability.
- Negotiate pricing, margins, payment terms, and drop-ship or stock arrangements.
- Manage onboarding through contracts, product data collection, and catalog setup.
- Maintain supplier relationships and troubleshoot ongoing issues.
What we're looking for
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier development.
- Beauty, FMCG, or fragrance background is strongly preferred.
- Existing supplier or distributor contacts in the fragrance space are a major plus.
- Comfort negotiating commercial terms independently.
- Organized approach to managing multiple supplier relationships and onboarding pipelines.
