Role Description
- The Supplier Quality Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a combination of on site work at ministry locations and flexibility to work from home.
- The role involves evaluating and monitoring suppliers to ensure they meet the ministry’s quality, regulatory, and ethical standards.
- The Supplier Quality Manager will plan and conduct supplier audits, oversee corrective and preventive actions, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Maintain supplier quality documentation and analyze performance metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide clear reports and recommendations to management regarding supplier risks and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Quality Management.
- Experience conducting Supplier Audits and Quality Auditing.
- Strong foundation in Quality Management, including developing procedures, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, supply chain, or a related field; professional certifications in quality or auditing are an advantage.
- Ability to analyze data, manage multiple stakeholders, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Experience working with public sector organizations, sports facilities, or regulated environments is beneficial.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting.
