The Dimensional Global Process Lead serves as the global subject matter expert responsible for developing, deploying, and governing dimensional manufacturing requirements and supplier quality standards.
This role works across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers, and supplier quality organizations to drive process excellence, supplier capability, and robust quality systems throughout the product lifecycle.

Scope of Responsibilities
Serve as the Global Process Lead and subject matter expert for dimensional manufacturing processes within Supplier Quality.
Develop, deploy, and continuously improve global dimensional manufacturing requirements, standards, auditing methods, and best practices.
Lead and develop a global network of Regional Leads by driving capability development, technical alignment, knowledge sharing, and consistent execution of dimensional manufacturing requirements across all regions.
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to Regional Leads, Supplier Quality Engineers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Drive global alignment and consistent execution of dimensional process controls and supplier quality expectations.

Evaluate supplier capability and manufacturing readiness for launches and production.

5+ years of automotive experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, maintenance, or supplier quality.
Demonstrated knowledge of dimensional manufacturing processes
Experience leading technical projects and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences without direct authority.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across global cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to leverage, adopt, and apply digital technologies, data analytics, and knowledge management systems such as Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools for analysis, documentation, presentations, and collaboration.
Ability to travel up to 75% Domestically + Internationally
10 years of automotive manufacturing, supplier quality, dimensional engineering, or process development experience.
Expertise in dimensional management systems, GD&T, measurement systems analysis, process controls, and manufacturing validation methodologies.
with AIAG Core Tools, CQI assessments, supplier audits, and quality management systems.
developing and delivering technical training, coaching, and capability-building programs.
utilizing data visualization, business intelligence, reporting, and digital technologies to support decision-making and improve business performance.
Lean Manufacturing, DFSS, Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or Red X certification preferred.
Master’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or Business preferred.
