Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Supplier Program Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma or Tukwila, Washington.
Position Responsibilities
- Provides technical and business support to meet supplier performance targets
- Develops stakeholder relationships and evaluates performance throughout all contract phases
- Conducts supplier assessments
- Reviews current and projected work statement to support procurement strategies and contractual compliance
- Evaluates elements of recovery, corrective and preventative action plans
- Provides data to support the communication of supplier performance plans, risks, issues and opportunities
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position is for 1st shift.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills And Experience)
- Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study)
- 3 or more years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
- 3 or more years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
- 3 or more years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills And Experience)
- 5 or more years of experience working with suppliers in a technical capacity
- 5 or more years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management
Typical Education And Experience
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g.
Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g.
PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.)
Relocation

Travel
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range:
Oklahoma City, OK - $86,700 - $107,100
Tukwila, WA - $100,300 - $123,900
