Role Overview
Manage supplier engagements with retailers, eCommerce players, and vendors for onboarding and business-as-usual data compliance and improvement.
Work across data, operations, supplier engagement, data governance, and project management to improve data quality and service levels.
Manage a portfolio of countries and retailers and drive measurable improvements in data receipt and usage.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report KPIs to ensure data receipt aligns with service level agreements.
- Partner with data analysts to review KPIs and lead supplier conversations that drive improvements.
- Analyze data quality metrics and collaborate with suppliers to improve accuracy and consistency.
- Identify retailer data quality opportunities and work with operations strategy to implement them.
- Build supplier relationships and act as the main point of contact.
- Support onboarding through data quality testing, format alignment, and timeliness expectations.
- Coordinate with local operations teams and project managers to finalize supplier onboarding plans.
- Handle retailer escalations and queries with timely resolution and clear communication.
- Contribute to improvements involving SAP, transactional data, FTP/MFT setup, and retailer system changes.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to interpret and apply data in a business context.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Technical aptitude with exposure to different data and file formats.
- Ability to understand and interpret diverse data structures and mapping.
- Knowledge of Python and SQL is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
