SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

Duties

• You will lead the review and analysis of strategic documents to enable development of programming guidance.
• You will develop N9 strategies, based on analytics, that builds and programs a Navy that supports higher-level guidance.
• You will Develop documentation in support of POM cycles, e.g. point papers, summary analyses, cost analyses, schedules, requirements, plans of action and milestones (POAMs), etc.
• You will manage development of annual Total Munitions Requirement (TMR) and Fleet Training Requirement in support of the POM.
• You will develop meeting agendas, record meeting minutes and action items, and develop presentation materials for OPNA V staff, and related RS and subordinate Commands.
• You will analyze and report on the programming and budgeting effects of the proposed readiness or warfighting programs.
• You will provide program support for reviews, conferences, briefings and other meetings.
• You will facilitate development of a balanced and executable POM across all N9 accounts using standard Microsoft office software too.
• You will support POM development coordination efforts to ensure adherence to funding and Leadership decisions across N9, OPNAV, and other stakeholders.
• You will collaborate with warfare and RS to evaluate budget issues and execution year issues.
• You will provide request for information responses and coordination to Congressional, DoW, SECNAV, CNO, or other OPNA V tasking.
• You will review staff actions and products to ensure they align with Navy readiness requirements, N9' s guidance and intent, and recommend changes or support producing replacement products as required.
