Duties

• As a your typical work assignments may include: Reviewing and structuring organization to optimize use of resources and maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Ensuring administrative, technical, and professional work complies with appropriate guidelines, policies, and approved internal controls. Managing performance audits during site visits to evaluate overall effectiveness of the compliance audit and review programs. Identifying administrative ambiguities and process gaps to establish solutions and streamline division's administrative process. Supporting management in logistics functions, such as supply, inventory, accountable property, facility, transportation/fleet, etc. and its maintenance.
