Duties
- Serves as the Director, Operating Base – Gordon, 202nd Military Intelligence Battalion, 513th Military Intelligence Brigade (Theater) (MIB (T)).
- Serves as the Subject Matter Expert and advisor to the command for HUMINT policy, doctrine, and strategy, ensuring HUMINT activities are conducted IAW established statues, DoD Directives, US Army and theater Regulations, policies and US law.
- Provide direct oversight to the expenditure of all operational resources and annual budget, and ensure all activity is executed in a fiscally responsible manner.
- Evaluates employee performance, sets performance standards and provides employees counseling required and recommends awards or disciplinary action for employee performance.
- Reviews operations, evaluates program effectiveness by review of reports, and discussion with subordinates.
