Role Overview
Furn Aldayaa is seeking a Supervisor to join its restaurant operations team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily branch operations and monitor staff performance and productivity.
- Ensure food quality, recipe standards, cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene requirements are followed.
- Control inventory, waste, and stock variances.
- Follow up on delivery applications and branch sales performance.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Conduct regular branch visits and submit operational reports.
- Train and support branch managers and team members.
- Ensure company policies and operational procedures are implemented.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety.
- Availability to work flexible shifts.
- Previous Supervisor or Branch Manager experience is preferred.
- A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
Location
- The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
