Supervisor - Refresh Café

Greenway Grill and Refresh Café are the heart of the Westway Campus, serving a vibrant community of professionals throughout the workday. From handcrafted coffee and grab-and-go favourites at Refresh Café to fresh daily specials and classic hot lunch offerings at Greenway Grill, our team delivers quality food, genuine hospitality, and a welcoming experience that keeps guests coming back.

Under the direction of the Manager, Refresh Caf é is looking for a Supervisor who is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the Café including staffing, cost controls, staff training, budgeting, administration and active floor management during service.

Supervising and training staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge, as well as ensuring high standard of beverage preparation and presentation;

Ensuring consistency and high quality of beverages and food products;

Interacting with customers, addressing inquiries and handling any complaints;

Monitoring stock levels and keeping waste levels to a minimum;

Such other related duties and responsibilities as may be required from time to time.

A valid Serve Right Certification is an asset,

High attention to detail and cleanliness;

Passionate about customer service;

Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment;

Ability to multi-task and maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum;

Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to engage our guests;

Experience in a similar environment an asset;
