Minimum of 5 years of industrial processing or fixed plant mechanical maintenance experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance principles, equipment reliability, and best practices for fixed plant processing equipment.
Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities in a mining or heavy industrial environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
Experience managing contractors and vendor relationships.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
Three or more years of maintenance supervisory or leadership experience.
Experience using SAP or similar computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering background.
Experience supporting continuous improvement, reliability engineering, lean maintenance, or asset management initiatives.
Previous experience in mining, mineral processing, or other heavy industrial operations.
Approximately 70% field work and 30% office work.
Regularly walk on uneven ground, elevated platforms, stairs, and industrial work areas.
Frequently work around operating processing equipment and heavy machinery.
Ability to climb ladders and access elevated work areas.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, and work in confined spaces as required.
Ability to work in hot, cold, dusty, and humid industrial environments.
Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
May be required to respond to maintenance issues outside of normal working hours.
