Supervisor- Piling Tracker

Proven experience as a supervisor in piling, foundations, civil, or renewable energy construction.

Demonstrated track record managing piling operations, post-driving rigs, and tracker assembly.

Strong leadership skills with a practical, hands-on approach to managing crews and subcontractors.

Deep commitment to site safety, WHS compliance, and maintaining strict quality standards.

Solid background in daily work planning, resource allocation, and plant/equipment management.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage stakeholders and overcome changing site conditions.

Relevant industry licences, machinery tickets, and a valid driver’s licence.
