• JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE Responsible for direct supervision of PFS daily operations as defined by Operations Manager and PFS Director. Provides supervision and technical support to PFS staff. Interviews, makes hiring recommendations, and completes performance reviews. Responsible to the System Operations Manager for all duties outlined. Reports significant problems, events and occurrences in a timely manner; consults routinely to clarify policy and department goals and objectives.

• EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent required. Three (3) years experience in Patient Financial Services or an Access related position required. Two (2) years in a healthcare supervisory/leadership position required.
