YOUR TALENTS WILL BE USED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING CHALLENGES
Champion Ocean Group's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture and serve as a role model for your team.
Proactively identify and mitigate operational and safety risks.
Supervise and coordinate the execution of operational activities and projects.
Evaluate project requirements, including labour, vessels, equipment and materials, and coordinate procurement needs.
Ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely and according to schedule.
Support recruitment, employee management and payroll administration, including timekeeping.
Coordinate onboarding and training activities for new employees.
Participate in employee performance management and development.
Apply and administer collective agreement provisions in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
Monitor tug maintenance and repair activities to ensure compliance with established specifications and standards.
Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards, including ISM and ISPS requirements.
