Proactively identify and mitigate operational and safety risks.
Supervise and coordinate the execution of operational activities and projects.
Evaluate project requirements, including labour, vessels, equipment and materials, and coordinate procurement needs.
Ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely and according to schedule.
Support recruitment, employee management and payroll administration, including timekeeping.
Coordinate onboarding and training activities for new employees.

Participate and support the activities of the Health, Safety and Environment Management System.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience supervising operational teams
Maritime education or training in navigation or marine engineering (strong asset)
Experience in a marine environment (strong asset)
Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills
Valid and unrestricted driver's licence
Availability to travel to other work sites
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, ConformIT, SINEX or similar digital platforms (asset)
Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken
