Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation activities.

Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate system transactions.

Support monthly and annual stock-taking activities.

Ensure strict adherence to warehouse safety policies and procedures.

Conduct regular safety briefings and toolbox talks.

Identify and address unsafe conditions and practices immediately.

Ensure compliance with customer, company, and statutory requirements.

Maintain quality standards for storage, handling, and dispatch operations.

Conduct quality checks and audits to minimize errors and damages.

Drive corrective and preventive actions for quality-related issues.

Lead, motivate, and manage warehouse associates and team leaders.

Conduct employee onboarding, training, and skill development programs.

Monitor attendance, discipline, and workforce performance.

Provide coaching, feedback, and support continuous improvement of team members.

Track productivity metrics and implement improvement initiatives.

Optimize manpower deployment and overtime utilization.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction without affecting service quality.

Drive Kaizen and Lean initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Track KPIs such as productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, OTIF, and manpower utilization.

Escalate operational issues and provide timely status updates to management.

Act as the primary point of contact during assigned shifts.

Coordinate with customers, transporters, vendors, and internal departments.

Ensure effective communication during shift handovers and operational reviews.

Participate in customer meetings and provide operational updates when required.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement immediate corrective actions.

Handle customer complaints and operational incidents.

Escalate critical issues to management with recommended solutions.

Ensure timely closure of action items.

Ensure implementation and sustainability of 5S standards across the warehouse.

Conduct regular 5S audits and corrective actions.

Promote Kaizen and continuous improvement culture within the team.

Drive process standardization and best practices.

Ensure proper shift handover and takeover process is followed.

Communicate pending activities, operational challenges, and priority tasks.

Maintain shift logs and ensure continuity of operations.
