Responsibilities

• Education • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. • A major in Engineering, Business Administration, or Construction Management is preferred but not required. • High school diploma or GED required. Experience • Industry or related experience is helpful. • General knowledge of business and organization practices. • Previous intern position in construction related industry. Other Requirements • Geographical Mobility: Willingness and flexibility to relocate within the designated region during or upon completion of the training program. • Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight stays, to participate in or support various training, development, and operational needs. This will entail about 10% of your time in this role. • Environmental Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in an outdoor, heavy industrial environment under varying weather conditions and within active production settings. This includes but is not limited to working outside in all types of weather, elevated work areas, loud noises, and bright lights. • Ergonomics: Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Able to bend, twist, kneel, squat, and get into tight spaces.
