- Conduct mobile and foot patrols at various client locations
- Monitor and secure properties by scanning NFC checkpoints and inspecting all access points
- Enforce site-specific protocols and LTS policies
- Respond to emergencies, alarms, trespassing, and other incidents
- Accurately complete reports, logs, and daily activity summaries
- Liaise with emergency services or local authorities when required
- Remove unauthorized persons from private property
- Ensure all assigned sites are patrolled during scheduled timeframes
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and the Operations team
- Perform access control duties and assist clients, tenants, or site staff as needed
- Ontario Security Guard License (must carry physical or digital copy while on duty)
- G Class Driver’s License (must be valid and in good standing)
- Clean and current driver’s abstract
- Standard First Aid & CPR Level C
- AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) Certification
• Smart Serve Certification
- Resistance Management Systems & Use of Force Certification (Baton & Handcuff) – Stay Safe or LTS-approved instructor
- Ministry of Labour Health and Safety Awareness Training
- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (in accordance with LTS policy)
- Must be 25 years of age or older (insurance requirement for company vehicle use)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile or tactical security
- Ability to operate company vehicle safely and maintain logs
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- High integrity and professionalism
