Role Overview
The employer is hiring a Supervisor for marble and granite works.
The role is based in Dubai, UAE, and involves project-site supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate marble and granite installation works at project sites.
- Manage daily site activities against approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor cutting, fixing, polishing, cladding, flooring, stairs, countertops, and other stone works.
- Coordinate with engineers, site teams, subcontractors, and workers.
- Allocate tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
- Check measurements, levels, alignment, joints, finishing, and installation quality.
- Ensure materials are received, stored, and used properly.
- Identify site issues, coordinate solutions, and report progress to management.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marble and granite works supervision.
- Strong knowledge of marble and granite cutting, installation, polishing, cladding, flooring, and finishing.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and measurements.
- Good manpower management, site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE construction experience is preferred.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
