The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives are achieved.
This position provides direct leadership to production employees, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with FDA, ISO, EH&S, and Hologic quality standards.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $ 77,000 – $128,300 and is bonus eligible.
Final compensation packages will depend on factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, location, education, business needs, and market demand.
