Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise crane operators, riggers and doggers within the OPF
- Coordinate daily lifting activities to support maintenance and operations
- Ensure all lifting operations comply with Fortescue and statutory requirements
- Review and approve lift studies, lift plans and risk assessments
- Manage crane utilisation, availability and contractor performance
- Provide field leadership and coaching to build team capability
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement in lifting practices, safety and productivity
Requirements
- Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor appointment or ability to obtain
- Demonstrated experience supervising crane and lifting operations in mining
- High Risk Work Licences relevant to crane, rigging and dogging activities
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and lifting regulations
- Experience supporting fixed plant maintenance and shutdown execution
- Proven leadership and contractor management capability
- Sound understanding of risk management and permit to work systems

Our Opportunity
- Work Location: Cloudbreak Fortescue’s Cloudbreak mine.
- Roster: 7D/7N/14R FIFO ex Perth, Busselton, Broome, Karratha, Port Hedland, Fitzroy Crossing and Kununurra.
- Cloudbreak is seeking a Supervisor Cranes OPF to lead safe and efficient crane and lifting operations across the Ore Processing Facility (OPF).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise crane operators, riggers and doggers within the OPF.
- Coordinate daily lifting activities to support maintenance and operations.
- Ensure all lifting operations comply with Fortescue and statutory requirements.
