The role
The Supervisor works with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to lead the shop-floor team and support commercial performance.
The role combines luxury customer service and confident selling with team coaching and operational responsibility.
Key responsibilities
- Support the daily running of the store and lead shifts by delegating priorities and maintaining focus on targets and KPIs.
- Drive sales, conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction through effective floor management.
- Deliver personalised consultations and signature fragrance experiences.
- Coach, motivate, and provide feedback to Sales Associates.
- Support briefings, product training, and new-starter onboarding.
- Build customer relationships through clienteling, VIP appointments, and events.
- Maintain visual merchandising, store standards, cash controls, stock processes, and back-of-house organisation.
- Act as a key holder, manage the store when senior management is unavailable, and follow health, safety, security, and loss-prevention procedures.
About you
- Previous supervisory or senior sales experience is required.
- Luxury or premium retail experience is ideal but not mandatory.
- Passion for fragrance, beauty, and outstanding customer service is required.
- Candidates should be commercially minded, confident with targets and KPIs, and able to motivate a team.
- Candidates should be proactive, organised, solutions-focused, and attentive to detail and store presentation.
- Availability is required for a flexible rota including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
