Las Iguanas is looking for a Supervisor to lead from the front and support the team in delivering lively guest experiences.
The role suits a confident, positive, organised, and hands-on hospitality leader who remains calm under pressure.
What You’ll Do
- Open and securely close the restaurant in line with company standards.
- Help prepare for service and work with the Management Team to lead successful shifts.
- Be a key point of contact for front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Build strong relationships and deliver outstanding service to every guest.
- Support and motivate the team while maintaining high standards on the restaurant floor.
Who We’re Looking For
- Confidence leading shifts and supporting the management team.
- Ability to motivate others and bring out the best in the team.
- Strong organisation, a hands-on approach, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences.
Pay
- The role offers hourly pay and the opportunity to earn Tronc.
