• Monitor and manage team performance against key metrics, including: Calls Handled SQL production Conversion rates Enrollment rates
• Calls Handled

• Identify underperformance early and implement structured coaching and improvement plans
• Recognize and reinforce high performance and best practices

• Partner with Sales Operations and leadership to execute sales strategies and initiatives
• Ensure consistency in process adherence, call handling standards, and lead management
• Provide feedback on tools, processes, and market insights to support continuous improvement
• Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed

Education: Bachelor’s degree required

• Proven record of consistently exceeding performance targets in current role
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities (individual production + team leadership)
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Effective communication and coaching skills, particularly in a remote environment
• Experience utilizing CRM systems, dashboards, and call analytics tools (AI transcription/scoring preferred)

• Highly accountable and results-driven
• Strong coach with the ability to translate data into action
• Leads by example through personal performance
• Comfortable with performance transparency and metric-driven environments
• Disciplined, organized, and proactive in managing a remote team
